Cardio Drumming inspires confidence and self-esteem, while providing a safe and an engaging energy outlet. The key techniques of drumming including basic rudiments, sticking techniques, staying on the beat, following a conductor and song structure impart valuable lessons for participation in future band or music ensembles.
